Ebony Maynard APRN is dual board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Sickle cell disease (SCD) & Family Medicine. As the founder and provider at EM Healthcare & Associates, she is trusted for her commitment to patient care and professionalism in every aspect of the medical practice. Ebony has 13 + years operating in many areas of healthcare including, neurology, intensive care, home health, assisted living, long term care, rehabilitation, family health, and military institutions.

As a military veteran and former law enforcement officer, Ebony Maynord pursued a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Medicine to combat the challenges her family has faced within the healthcare industry.
