By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. No Refund, No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including natural vitamins, supplements, and health products, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped. This policy is in place to ensure:
- Product safety and quality: Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its purity or integrity if returned.
- Health and hygiene standards: To protect the health and safety of our customers, we do not resell or restock any returned health products.

***Exceptions:
The only exception to our no refund, no return policy is if you receive a product that was:
- Incorrect (you received the wrong item), or

2. Shipping Policy
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – Flat rate of $6.95 within the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days) – Flat rate of $14.95 within the U.S.
- We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
EM Healthcare & Associates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Check with your local postal service or neighbors.
- File a claim with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

3. Order Cancellations
