At EM Healthcare & Associates, we are deeply grateful for the service and sacrifice made by military members, veterans, and first responders. As a token of our appreciation, we proudly offer a 10% discount on all FFS (“Fee-For-Service”) clinic services for eligible individuals and their immediate families. Warriors Welcome.
This discount applies to all services provided at our clinic, including but not limited to:
- Physical Exams
- IV Therapy & Vitamin Infusions
- Biofeedback Therapy
- Holistic Health Services
- Shockwave Therapy for Pain Relief or ED Treatment
- Integrative Medicine Services
Military & First Responder Eligibility
This 10% discount is available to the following individuals:
1. Active Duty Military
- All branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, including:
- Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Space Force.
- Must present a valid Active Duty Military ID or leave and earnings statement (LES).
2. U.S. Military Veterans
- Honorably discharged veterans from any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.
- Must present one of the following:
- Veteran ID Card (VIC)
- DD214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
- Military Retiree ID
3. Police, Firefighters, and EMS Personnel
- Includes individuals currently serving as:
- Police officers (local, state, or federal)
- Firefighters (career or volunteer)
- Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel (Paramedics, EMTs, and First Responders)
- Must present a department-issued ID badge or work identification card.
4. Immediate Family Members
- Spouses and dependent children (under 18) of any eligible individual listed above.
- Proof of relationship may be requested, such as:
- Military Dependent ID
- Marriage certificate
- Legal guardianship documentation
Military & First Responder Discount Details
- Discount Amount: 10% off the standard cash-pay rate for all out-of-pocket medical services provided at EM Healthcare & Associates.
- Always Available: This discount does not expire and is available year-round.
- Cannot Be Combined: This discount cannot be combined with insurance-billed services, insurance co-pays, or any other promotional offer.
- Non-Transferable: The discount is non-transferable and applies only to eligible individuals and their immediate family members.
Service Member Exclusions
The following are not eligible for the 10% discount:
- Products or retail items (such as vitamins, supplements, or skincare products).
- Laboratory testing or any third-party diagnostic service not directly provided by EM Healthcare & Associates.
- Insurance-billed services. If any portion of the service is billed to an insurance provider, the discount cannot be applied to the remaining balance.
How to Redeem Discount
- Provide Valid ID: Eligible individuals must present proof of service (Military ID, Veteran ID, DD214, First Responder ID, etc.) at the time of check-in or checkout.
- Confirm Immediate Family: If requesting a discount for a spouse or dependent child, documentation verifying the relationship may be requested.
- Cash Pay Services Only: This discount will only apply to out-of-pocket medical services paid directly by the patient at the time of service.
- Ongoing Eligibility: Patients eligible for this discount may continue to use it indefinitely, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.
